All bookings made on our website, by telephone, as well as in person are contingent upon availability and confirmation. The full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed upon. We accept a variety of payment options, like debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and liquid cash in certain instances. The prices on our site are expressed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If you want to modify or cancel your reservation, you have to inform us within 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour is scheduled. And, if you cancel within a particular time may be eligible to get a full or partial refund, based on the type of service. If you cancel at the last minute or not attend the tour, we will not pay the full amount.
Riyadh Desert Safari had the right to change or cancel the tours due to bad weather, operational problems, or a lack of adequate participation. In such instances, customers will be given an alternative date or an entire refund.
Visitors have to make sure they're fit and healthy to participate in desert safari activities like - dune bashing, camel rides, sandboarding, and quad bike rides. And, note that those who are pregnant, have back or heart problems, or medical conditions that could be made worse by off-road motoring, are advised not to attend those specific activities. Riyadh Desert Safari will not be responsible for any wounds or health problems that occur from the failure of a visitor to follow the medical or safety instructions.
We offer pick-up and drop-off services from your residences, hotels, and famous places within Riyadh City. The exact time of pickup will be confirmed upon making the reservation. It is the responsibility of visitors to be at the location designated within 15 minutes of the time scheduled. In the event of delays, guests may cause a reduction in the tour duration or cancellation without a refund.
Riyadh Desert Safari allows all the essential measures to ensure visitors - comfort and safety throughout the journey. But we will not be responsible for theft, losses, personal injuries, damage to property, or other accidents that happen during your trip. Participation in any activities is completely at the own risk of visitors.
Everyone is requested to be respectful and follow the rules of our guide. Any type of misbehavior, harassment, damage to property in desert areas, or violation of local law can result in the immediate cancellation of the tour with no reimbursement and may also be reported to local authorities.
Children under the age of 3 years are not advised to participate in dune bashing. However, they can participate in the tour with the supervision of their parents. The parents or guardians of children are entirely accountable for the safety and conduct of their children during the tour.
Riyadh Desert Safari has the right to alter or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The responsibility lies with the client to regularly check that they are current.
The Terms and Conditions of Service are controlled by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any challenges that arise out of the services offered are subject to the court jurisdiction of Saudi Arabia.
